Neurocognitive Training

Neurocognitive Training

Cognitive exercises that aim to stimulate and increase brain wave activity. This training method works at two levels of the brain: neurological and cognitive.

This training covers computer exercises that develop and strengthen skills at the cognitive level such as: attention, concentration, memory, planning, audiovisual perception, speed, etc.

JAt the neurological level, cognitive activity was tested and targeted to increase brain wave activity in the prefrontal cortex, which controls our cognitive abilities. As a result, several things can happen: First, brain wave activity activates an acceleration until it allows for optimal levels of attention and concentration. Second, sustained cognitive effort causes increased blood flow to that area, allowing the brain to balance the lack of neurotransmitters (primarily dopamine) that characterize the DDA / DDAH brain.
